Shipping policy
We’re excited to announce that we now ship directly from our US warehouse! This means no customs duties or import taxes for US customers.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping is free on all US orders. We aim to deliver your order within 5-8 business days. Please note that this is an estimate only and delivery times may vary, particularly during peak sales periods or around public holidays.
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please email us at help@kavee.com to file a claim in order to get a replacement or a refund, as per our Refund Policy.
Also, please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes
Please note that all international orders are shipped from the United Kingdom with the exception of Canada (shipped from the United States), so customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost and will be calculated once the shipment has entered the country.

Canada: As your order is coming from the US, customs duties and taxes may be applied. The rates vary depending on the value of the order and the specific regulations of each country. These fees are collected by the carrier upon delivery and are not calculated or collected by us.

European Union: As the UK is no longer part of the EU, customs duties and VAT (Value Added Tax) may apply to orders shipped from the UK. These charges are also due upon delivery and will be collected by the carrier. For reference, the total amount of these charges is approximately 25-35% of your order value. In line with our refund policy, please note that shipping arrangements and any costs incurred for returning items are the responsibility of the customer.
